For how cheap it is, and the possibilites of the achievement it offers, I can't see why people get really mad at this game. It's not fantastic, but it did provide some fun. I'd recommend it to those looking for a cheap way to get a lot of achievements, that was obviously intended by the developer, so don't expect much more than that. It's a meme, but a good one. :buddy_boulder: !

This kicks Mavis Beacon's ass. Fun and cheap, especially with a coupon. Also you get so many achievements its worth it pretty much just for that.

Pure, unadulterated, adrenaline-packed fun. Great sound design and lovely quake-like movement. Very addicting.

FEAR is pretty good. I've just finished it and can say that I recommend it. It's a good shooter with solid action (the slow-mo is awesome), enjoyable weapons, difficult enough enemies (depends on your difficulty setting tbh), and enough scares to boost the atmosphere of the whole game (Only about 7 hrs, minus dlc). Story aint half-bad either. I'll say it's aged well. 7.5/10

This game is like your favorite cereal, It's great for a bit but then it gets old and soggy. Five Nights at Freddy's is like said cereal, the game will get you a couple times with its jumpscares, but after a few hours it gets old. The game mechanics are great but i wish it would change from the regular look at cameras, don't get killed, then repeat with harder AI and different underpants... Should you get it: Sure, if you want a couple of good scares for five bucks... but don't expect a horror masterpiece like it's lead up to be.
