hi there here how to make turkish hummus!!
1 cup chickpeas,
2 tablespoons tahini,
¼ cup olive oil,
½fresh lemon ,
¼ cup lukewarm water,
1 tablespoon cumin,
2 cloves garlic,
1 pinch paprika abd salt to taste

Cook chickpeas in a pressure cooker until tender. In a food processor process the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, water, olive oil, cumin, garlic and salt until creamy and transfer the mixture into a serving plate. In a sauce pan heat olive oil for topping then add chilli pepper and cook for a few seconds, remove from the heat. Top the hummus with chilli pepper and olive oil sauce.
