Edit 2023: Finally got rid of Windows back in 2020 and moved to Manjaro Linux. Mafia with Proton runs as native and with all the good mods and improvements from Nexus Mods community even gets my 5500XT as low as 30fps sometimes. Loved in back in 2002 and after beating the remaster on PS5 in 2022 I'd say the original is still better, maybe only beaten by Mafia2 (remastered or not). By the way also Mafia2 runs on Linux thanks to Proton.

Läuft bei mir nicht unter Windows 10, ich habe vieles probiert. Letztendlich werde ich es wohl von GOG.com erstehen und meine Musik von der CD überspielen.. Bei mir hilft leider keine der bekannten Win10 Lösungen.
Abgesehen davon war es natürlich eines der besten Spiele aller Zeiten! Viel Glück!
