Nice character creator, but that's about it.
Feels and looks like First Descendant, which is a plus depending on who you are. (Not for this guy)

I end up feeling the same way about a lot of these online Chinese games— They all look nice enough, but they just feel hollow. Technically sound, spiritually boring.

Nothing about the gameplay feels good or intuitive. It's all gray mush, and very bleh.
As it currently is, the matches are bots only, so playing it doesn't feel like playing it.
Bot matches really need to stop being a thing... Put a tutorial if you must, but don't punish me for playing. Why would they make you play through the opening, just to throw you into a bot match? It's dumb.

I probably needed to reach a certain level for real matches, but the maps and gamemodes I experienced were not fun, in the two matches I was FORCED to play through (exit button was gone), so I have zero interest in continuing.

Yeah, if it wasn't for the female skins in this game, no one would bother.
The systems in the game will be very familiar to some. It is diet— DIET DIET Warframe. And I cannot emphasize DIET enough.

The movement, shooting, and overall gameplay is very sluggish and lackluster, feeling horribly bog standard. You have a system in place that feels like it wants to be fast, but it's not. A grappling hook was clearly added to combat this, but it doesn't really improve game feel.

Visuals are solid, if a little on the generic side, but overall good. Enemy factions leave a bit to be desired.
The only thing good in the gameplay, is the sound of some of the guns, but that's about it.
The open world mission structure seems like a good idea, but something about it doesn't work, and I can't quite articulate it...

The cosmetics and unlocking new sexy descendants, are the main reason anyone is putting up with this game, or heard about it. But you must ask, why fork up money or put up with the grind, when the core gameplay is just so... meh?

And I'm not even going to bother dealing with the grind for some of these descendants— sounds horrendous.

If there's anything devs should take away from First Descendant's very clear success, it's a lesson we've learned a long, LONG time ago, that has been forgotten to placate agendas: Attractive Characters & Nice Skins = Players & Sales
And if you manage to pair that, along with actual good gameplay, you have a pretty much guaranteed success on your hands.

Complete and utter downgrade from OW1. The new character changes feel awful, the "new" maps are lazy, and the way the game itself is, is just a shadow of it's former self. Once again, bowing down to the lame competitive crowd ruins a game.

If you didn't play Overwatch during the first month of it's original release, you never played Overwatch.

Just make Portal 3 already...

Cons:

-Runs horribly
-Micro-transactions everywhere, to the point of bogging the game down
-Cluttered UI
-Wonky Combat
-Bad environments
-Character customization while vast, leaves a lot to be desired

Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin is very similar to CBT: It's painful, but you keep going back for seconds.

The game is simply put, very clunky. Most things in the game don't feel very fair solely because of the amount of jank. If you aren't upgrading ADP only early on, you are going to have a terrible time— unless of course you're turtling with a shield. Enemy placements are frustrating, durability is frustrating, level design is garbage, and the bosses are lame and uninspired.

I'll admit I suck at the game, but is there any incentive to "get gud" when the game ain't gud?

This is a mediocre game, but it is a very bad Dark Souls game. I beat it, but the sense of accomplishment I felt came solely from the realization that I'd never have to touch this game ever again.

There's no reason for this game to exist, and there's no reason to play this game over Fortnite.

This game is awful. The fact that it's free is still not enough.

Horrible optimization, awful voice acting, awful animations, awful gunplay, awful map.

Just because this is """EARLY ACCESS""" doesn't mean ♥♥♥♥. Don't put up a game if it's not playable. NO ONE ON EARTH was looking forward to this game, or anticipating its early access drop. No one even KNEW about it.

Why not just work on it for a bit longer, then drop this game?

Oh right, gotta cash in on those children who will bust out mommy's credit card for the founder's pack of this garbage. Don't want any sheckels going to a better battle royale, do we?
