Played this game very often with friends and by my self. First game in a while that I actually enjoyed. Try to queue for a match one day and was met with a ban. I do not cheat or use any software that gives me any advantage. I have contacted EA customer support. No response after a week and a half. Put in another customer support ticket, then they closed it the next day. They are in fact looking at the tickets but I guess they dont care enough to do anything about them but close them. There is no phone number to call and no live chat. All they have is a support ticket system that they ignore. I have also seen other people with this problem so I know its not just a slip up by EA. Thank god this game was free and I didnt spend any money on it. Maybe if this happens to enough people and the community speaks up this problem might be addressed by them. Haha just kidding this is EA we are talking about, they wont do ♥♥♥♥.
