This is an odd duck of a game! While the "puzzles" don't really make any logical sense, poking about the fever dream landscapes evokes a morbid wanderlust that kept me moving, even when I got stuck and had to look up a video walkthrough. Sanguine Sanctum is more of an interactive art piece than a video game, so I would go in with the expectation that it is about the journey, not the destination. If you are keen to soak in your surroundings and not concerned with what is being accomplished, you will enjoy this experience.
