Very few games have affected me on a lasting, emotional level and nothing has given me the feelings this game has. It will forever haunt me that I can't play it for the first time again, but I will be forever grateful that I got to have the experience.

Buy this game, go in blind, enjoy the journey, and be forever changed.

I have major roguelike fatigue but this game broke through that. It is an absolute blast. If you enjoy Gunfire Reborn (or other similar roguelite FPS games), give this one a shot. The gameplay feels great, movement is responsive and fast, the guns are unique, feel great to shoot, and are almost all at least viable, if not very strong, and the MUSIC is FANTASTIC. It gets my adrenaline pumping every time. Big recommend.

This game is perfection. A masterclass in story writing, a combat system that appears deep but in reality is even deeper, music that rivals the most iconic soundtracks of all time, and some of the most memorable characters I still spend time thinking about. God of War has always been fun and has always reflected the gaming world it appears in but this is another level. I wish I could wipe my memory of this franchise and experience it all over from the beginning just one more time. It is not hyperbole to call this game a masterpiece and I love it more than I can convey.

Hollow Knight is the definitive modern metroidvania and if I could rescind every other game recommendation I have ever made in order to be 100% positive whoever I recommended this game to would play it, I would.

I have sunk hundreds of hours into this game across multiple platforms and I am just as in love with it now as I was when I first started it up. It is a truly once in a generation kind of experience, with magic and wonder hidden around every corner, some of which I am still discovering, all wrapped up in some of the most satisfying, tight combat and controls I have ever experienced in a 2D game. Top all of that with incredible world building, gorgeous art, absolutely phenomenal music (seriously, this soundtrack is unbelievably good and one of the best parts of the game), and one of my favorite narratives of all time, you have a recipe for my #1 favorite game.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this game. 10/10. My only complaint is that they charge so little for this masterpiece.

What a hard game to review. This review will probably be outdated in a few months, but oh well. Yes, this game is fun. No matter how much the community likes to complain about (justified) problems, the core mechanics of the game have held up extremely well. It feels so good to shoot and move in this game and the feeling of progression has been distilled to its purest form here. If you are looking for something to keep you engaged for hundreds of hours with rewarding gameplay and excellent co-op / content with friends, this is as good of a time sink as any.

Is there anything I can say about SUPERHOT that hasn't already been said? This game is a blast, you should buy it. You'll like it.

EA should be rewarded with your money for making a true narrative-focused, single player Star Wars game with no microtransactions. Treat them like you would a dog you are house training. They earned their treat for not ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the house again.

I bought this game on Steam but I finished it on PS4, that's why my playtime is so low.

This is straight up one of the best narratives in any game I have ever played. The questions posed in this game about consciousness, identity, individualism, existence, and life can go toe to toe with the most thought provoking philosophical movies and books of all time. I am not being dramatic when I say this game and the questions it raises could (and probably should) be studied in college classes.

SOMA is a masterpiece of existential horror, plain and simple, and should forever put to rest the question of if games can be art.
