Likely causes:

11 pounds at birth
Born earlier at 8 months and 2 weeks
Mother was diabetic while pregnant with me, which she wasn't aware of
Brain was getting bigger so I had to be taken out
wasn't breathing for 10 minutes of my birth
C-Section, a lot of blood loss, my mom had to be given blood
My parents are first cousins
Mom was 30 and dad was 40 when I was born
