Even though I collected thousands of bananas, not a single one sold.

The screen fills up really quickly with enemies, so you need to balance dodging and dead ends, and while the first few levels seem easy, it ramps up in difficulty quickly. Best played with friends although I wish there was a way to bring back a dead player like in Gauntlet after you kill enough enemies.

My gf and I are halfway through and it gets her stamp of approval. Full controller support couch co-op with split-screen. Difficulty is not too hard, puzzles and platforming are easy and there is a moderate amount of complexity in buildouts and abilities. Play style is like a cross between Gauntlet and the great Lara Croft coop games from Crystal Dynamics. The camera is a little weird sometimes but that's my only minor gripe.

A lot of fun, endless mode is surprisingly easy for a long time until it suddenly gets very hard.

Upgrades are very expensive and don't come easy.

Highly entertaining with a good set of maps to test your relationship with your significant other.

I played this with the girlfriend and we both thoroughly enjoyed it, often playing all day. The graphics look great even today, and the puzzles and bosses are very original. Didn't encounter any bugs, and works well with controllers, though you'll have to remap the steam controller to aim properly.

Not sure why it has so many bad reviews, I thought it was well done and original (I'll admit at the beginning I thought there was a bug in the audio since I couldn't hear any dialog, turns out it's on purpose). Obviously not for people who hate walking simulators or story rich games. But definitely worth it when it's on sale for a few bucks

A step up from the first game, still a lot of grind, so unless you're prepared to spend 100+ hours don't get too invested.

Fantastic puzzle solver, reminds me of escape rooms. I'm not crazy about the mystical elements though, but it doesn't detract from the game.

Probably better to play on an iPad, even though the graphics are better on PC, the movements don't feel as natural with a mouse.
