Nice relaxing game with gentle puzzles, exploration and crafting.

A genuinely good game even for gamers who are not Harry Potter Fans.

I clearly remember the moment i fell in love with Dwarf Fortress years ago:

My fort had just survived a long orc siege. The open field outside the walls was littered with their dead and more importantly weapons and armour made of metals that were very scarce in our mines. As my exhausted guards fell asleep in the barracks a dwarf going outside spotted a goblin thief making off with our hard fought treasure. The only guards still awake and armed were a crossbow dwarf and my captain of the guard so they were sent to give chase. The goblin was fast though and would have escaped except my crossbow dwarf fired his last bolt and hit the thief in his elbow. Not a mortal wound but the extreme pain caused him to vomit, slowing him down enough for my captain of the guard to catch up. She cut off both of the goblins thieving hands and kicked him into a treetrunk, killing him.

On the ground were now two goblin leather gloves, covered in blood and vomit and containing the severed hands.

Fun during the early tiers but gets very grindy later.

It's refreshing to play a game where the dark swamp is friendlier than the colourful plains.

Proves that free to play can be a very good thing.
