Throne of Lies is a great game with an ATROCIOUS, disgusting, violating and nasty online community. The devs updated with the ability for players to report each other, and that's all these twelve year olds needed to finish off their fedora-wearing Joker self-images.

Good game to play with friends.

If you play online and do anything whatsoever, other players will report you. Garbage feature to an otherwise awesome game.

Oh, dun do it.

They haven't updated it since I bought it over a year ago.

They never will.

Move along.

I just wanted to let the devs know that this game is really good. You guys are doing a great job with this, and you should keep it up. It uses the same builds as the old PC game Pharoah, and Pharoah: Cleopatra. Sierra used to make them, and I grew up with them. This game has those charateristics and then some.

My game has only crashed once, but I was taxing my machine pretty heavily when it happened.

The only real "glitch" I've encountered is sometimes I'm unable to scroll the map left or right by moving my mouse in the desired direction, and have to move the map focus box.

Other than that, you all are doing so great. Keep it up!

This title gives you tons of liberty in crafting, and doesn't frustrate you when you have to start over again and again.
Turn-based adds intensity, especially when you're thirsty and water is a few hexes away from reach.
Combat leaves you with total control over your end of the situation, and crafting can be augmented by one of your abilities that you choose at the start of the game.
There's so much to explore, and I haven't really been in the same situation twice (after start game squence).
It's not, "how do I beat this?" and more "how long will I survive?"

With different situations, tons of options, and choice the way you survive, Neo Scavenger is fun to play over and over again.

Papers, Please puts you in a setting, time, culture and gives you something that imerses people no matter where they are: a job.
It never breaks character while you play, consistantly reminding you of your place and what your supposed to be doing--it's your job to be repetitive and to notice unwelcome changes.
As a checkpoint officer, your tasked with checking the passports of people coming in to Atrokska. After awhile, your job gets difficult with the fluxuations of rules tailored to the changing laws of your country.
Through it all, you must remain consistant, vigilant, and aware.
...unless you simply don't want to.

Papers, Please offers you multiple oppertunities to stray from the mundane repetitive nature of your employment, but simple choices could lead to huge outcomes; bad and good.

This title can offer you immersion without the player entirely realizing it, and indeed they do this very well. Before you know it, you step back from your PC wondering why you just spent three hours looking at passports.
No, seriously.
Passports.

In a game.

I suggest this title to anyone looking for a quirky but satisfying sim.
Glory to Atroksa.

When I first heard about this title, I wasn't so sure it was for me. The layout of the menus didn't look simple enough to navigate and I wasn't entirely sure I liked the map layouts.
After taking the leap and actually purchasing the game, I was blown away. The reason for all of the difficult menus, navagations, and complexity is *because* this game is complex.

Once you learn how to set up your game and get it going, thats when you really see the level of detail shine. I can play through history the way I damn well please, and with the DLC for Ruler Designer I can customize any avatar to suit my vain desires.

There are gems scattered throughout a playthrough. For example, I accidently forgot about a prisoner of war rotting in my dungeons for about 40 years. By that time, my son was King, so I released her and made her my wife. Though she attempted to kill me at every turn, it was our daughter who inherited the throne and finally put an end to a 80 year war.
