i cannot stress it enough that im a really big fan of devil may cry and i dont think any amount of merch/fanmade stuff i buy irl will show that enough. i dont have a lot of hours in dmc nor am i the best but ive written down a lot of information about the games. specifically, i've written a lot about 3 the most since it's my favorite out of the entire series. i think it's common for people to enjoy 3 or 5 the most in the hit hack and slash adventure game devil may cry but not enough people take the time to learn the background information or about the developers themselves. i honestly want to hang most capcom fans because of how ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ weird they are in the head. take a good look in the resident evil community hub and that should tell you enough. i hate people who just ruin characters to feed their sad pornography addiction. me? im a loser but at least im not a gooner.

ill never be able to pull off the cool ass combos people post but thats okay. i already wanna pull off my hair whenever i play a dmc game but in a good way!! i love quoting the characters as i play or when i force my friends to play it. capcom should hire me atp ive gotten 7+ people into dmc and helped them start off in the right way. (31245, no i will not make them play by release date. what do you think i am? evil?) i got a controller purely for dmc even though i play souls games and my friends hate me for it but i got way used to kbm. if you're still reading this or skimming through it and thinking "what the ♥♥♥♥ holy yap" then im so sorry

ive bought the physical games of dmc and im currently gathering graphic arts of it and its so cool seeing how the developers talk about the modelling or the characters and how they struggled with them sometimes. dmc is older than me but i didnt grown up with it. i wish i did. ive known about dmc for 2 years and i havent ever stopped thinking about it. i havent ever researched about a series to this extent before. please comment any cool info you know about dmc!! i love learning about it i love thinking about it i love it i love the characters i love the people who made it i love the colors the designs the models the weapons the voice actors the colors the writing(sometimes) I LOVE DMC!!!!

i think god himself or whatever the hell is out there made devil may cry happen. it was the first failed attempt at making resident evil 4 and i think hideki kamiya is the best person of all time. WITH HIDEAKI ITSUNO RIGHT NEXT TO HIM!!! hideki kamiya wanted resident evil to have cool action stuff and capcom was like "lol okay but make it a different game cuz resident evil is TOO LAME TO HAVE COOL ♥♥♥♥ IN IT!!" it's gotta be obvious the series alludes to dante's divine comedy(christian fanfiction) with dante being named after dante alighieri, trish being named after beatrice portinari, and vergil being named after virgil.

learning about this silly game series has changed me as a person for better or for worse. hearing devil trigger for the first time out of the game made me feel like i got electrocuted 20 times in a row and then proceeded to listen to it for hours on loop. i then bought all of the games and have never regret it since. sometimes i wanna grab devil may cry and make it into a paperball stuff it somewhere safe so no one can taint it but there's no logical reason to why i should attempt to gatekeep this REALLY POPULAR SERIES FROM THE 2000S. what im saying is, please play devil may cry (get a controller!!! any controller!!! you'll love devil may cry) please play it PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE.

a handful of my friends/people i know have played devil may cry but i dont think theyll ever be into it the same way as i am. i dont even know what that means but theres no one i know that obsessively talks about it and im very picky on who i fw. i drive myself crazy (hah,crazy!? dante voiceline) by just thinking about devil may cry just one slight mention just one little word in a sentence that isnt about dmc at all will make me wanna EXPLODE (subhuman devil may cry 5 reference dante) i want people who love the GAMES who love the DEVELOPERS who appreciate the characters for what they are for what they could be and not because theyre conventionally attractive or anything like that i wanna tear my ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ eyes out if i see one more person drooling all over a character and i think about it a little too much. it ruins my day it ruins me i want to vomit and cry everywhere (who may cry?) and i wanna eat concrete. i love devil may cry but i also respect it so much that itll make a devil cry. do me a favor and block me if you disagree with any of this.

theres no other game that gets me as happy as devil may cry does. my favorites from BEST to LEAST go from 35412 but 3 will always always always be way further on top. dante is my favorite character and he gets the most AND FUN screentime on that one. ill fight any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ boss and enemy in that game without complaint (besides for geryon i dont know why i struggle on that stupid ass horse) and ill be grateful for anything that itsuno throws my way. if itsuno or kamiya told me to jump off a bridge id do it within 5 seconds or less. fun fact, itsuno is taking a break which means therell be no devil may cry game for AT LEAST 5+ years!!! YAY !!! YAYAYYAYA!!! AHHHH

half a person by the smiths is my favorite song (excluding devil may cry because i cant just tell "regular" people my favorite songs are from a video game that not everyone will know about despite having 30+ million copies sold grossing 1 billion dollars in sales revenue therefore being the BESTSELLING brawler franchise in the entire world. in my head its actually a reference to devil may cry because the sparda twins( dante and vergil ) are half human half demon isnt that so cool!? the legendary dark knight sparda and the human woman eva actually made the song half a person by the smiths this is true thank you the smiths for NOT making devil may cry and thank you devil may cry for devil may crying all the time! huzzah!!! you could actually correlate them to the song by knowing that dante devil may cry chose his human side and his twin brother vergil devil may cry chose his demonic side. thats so half a person the smiths! thank you ikeno thank you kamiya and thank you itsuno

i find it so weird that people, specifically younger people around my age group come to like dante more. ive seen so much more corny vergil fans that make me wanna hurl and they think hes so cool without actually understanding his character.. which is very bare bones but its a hack and slash game, what can you do, right? (capcom doesnt actually care about the characters and their personalities nor their goals. they just want that sweet, sweet cash and ILL GIVE IT TO THEM DAMN IT) vergil has an hour and a few minutes of screentime and its hard to discern his reason why hes a bastard. i think vergil is cool but DANTES JUST BETTA RAAAAAGHHHH

devil may cry in general has lots of wasted potential. ive hit my word limit but ill always be thinking about this silly franchise
