Now there's something to add to the ever-growing LGBT+ acronym - and apparently it stands for "Kink" [wp]. The acronym, which grew out of a need to move away from the restrictive "gay community" since the '90s, adds letters to cover any community that identifies as anything other than straight or cisgender.
The initialism LGBT was coined in the late 80s and early 90s.
So what do all these letters mean?
L-lesbian
G-gay
B-bisexual
T-transgender
Q- Queer - queer is any representative of a sexual minority. There is also a “genderqueer” - a non-binary person
Q-questioning - who knows who this is
I'm intersex
A-asexual - someone who does not experience sexual desire, but does
A-gender - someone who considers himself neither a boy nor a girl
ally is a heterosexual person who supports LGBT
C-curious - who knows who this is
P-pansexual - a person who is attracted to all genders and chooses a partner regardless of his gender
P-polysexual - a person who is attracted to two or more genders, but not to all genders (as in the case of pansexuality) and not to both genders (as in the case of bisexuality)
F-friends and family
2-two spirits
K-kink - means any "fetish"
