Man where to start, Disco Elysium... When you thought fresh games, with lots of depth and originality weren't made anymore, there pops the biggest surprise of the year, hell, probably the best game of this year as well and quite frankly, one of the best games I've played in the last decade

What a huge big fat slap in the face of most of the AAA producers out there, this game has so much depth that frankly I haven't seen since the likes of Planescape. The characters are all so memorable and interesting, that cling to their own ideals and their own personalities. The soundtrack fits so damn well and of course the writing is some of the best you'll come across in gaming with thought provoking ideas and a cruel, surprising and satisfying story.

Do yourself a favor, grab your strangest necktie and go play this masterpiece.

Finally the Igarashivania we all wanted.

If you like me, love and want a spiritual successor of Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, then look no further and just get this game already, through the first playthrough on it, I felt like I was 10 and playing a game like this for the first time again in my life. Thank you Igarashi for listening to your fans and working a lot on this game, the work has paid off, it jumped right into one of my favorite games in the genre and one that will etch on the memory for many years to come.

Graphics are one of the first things your eyes will feast upon, if you are a fan of this genre and this particular niche in Igarashivania games, you'll feel right at home and at the same time appreciate just how well put this game is.
Combat is smooth, there's a few hiccups sometimes but nothing too noticeable when you're entering/exiting certain areas in the game, smooth framerate overall.
I dunno who was complaining with sound design in this game, but I actually enjoyed it, the soundtrack has a few memorable tracks that had me humming along and the FX's for the characters/enemies are on point.
As for replayability in this game, if you're a completionist/curious in this kind of game, then like me you'll be returning to it a couple of times and see every secret room/boss in it.

Was good the first weeks, now it's a chore to play like most PVP games out there, from exploits, to lag, to a crappy community, this is toxic fuel at it's best. Too bad the devs didn't expect this success and now clearly don't know how to balance and deal with most of it's problems. Avoid.

It's outrageous asking for a price like this and then releasing a game that has TERRIBLE optimization and performs graphically nothing like it was shown to us.

I dunno how much Netherrealms paid you suckers to say the game is good, when it's nothing that was promised to us.
I actually bought it because some people in the reviews claimed the game was good and that the negative reviews were being "issued by kids with no life"

Fix your game, until then, I'm refunding.

The Tenchu game every fan of the series ever wanted but never had, mixed with FromSoftware's ingenuity and charm make this one of the best games that has been released in the past decade. Everything from the combat system to the soundtrack is solid and well managed, and it's an interesting romance of the Sengoku period, lorewise, the game has a LOT to offer for those players that enjoy the developer's unique way of storytelling.

Surprisingly, the game is SUPER well optimized, I had no freezes or framerate drops the whole adventure, Max settings and the game is always butter smooth even in big battles full of special effects, so for everyone saying otherwise, something is definitely wrong on your end.

Just be prepared to dedicate a huge chunk of your time developing your own skills as you progress, the game seems unfair in a lot of points, but once you figure out it isn't supposed to be played like Ol' Souls was, you'll start to improve.
If you never played any souls-like game, don't worry too much, besides the core mechanics of FromSoft's, there's a whole new world here to be enjoyed and learned, even for veterans of their games, so don't let that scare you if you're up for a challenge.

Overall, this game is a must have for any fan of the Sengoku period, Souls series or for someone looking for an extremely challenging but rewarding game.

Pretty amazing experience given the price and to think it was done with so little manpower, just absolutely destroys AAA devs that continue to release terrible products with much more resources.

I will be looking forward to supporting and playing this game further on.
