Before commenting about this release of Destiny 2 on steam, I started a new character to see what the changes were, and I gotta say I think it is pretty hilarious how Bungie decided to troll gamers with a Pseudo Taken king opening(thought you were playing Taken King? think again). Even though the original D2 opening was better, I honestly don't understand why they didnt just remake the taken king into Destiny 2 if they are gonna even bother using the old concept, I guess they didnt like their new campaign very much so they are trying to push it into a corner.

Oh wait my bad that's exactly what they have done here, at least they had the common decency to add a way-point at the start showing you where to play the REAL Destiny 2 story(it is in the Towers ship hangar, go play it, still worth it) which leads me to my first real negative comment on the game. The campaign is too easy, you start with a light level of 750, maybe some attempt to sell the season pass,(My advice, play the game through before buying anything after all they have literally handed it to you for free now), whatever the reason it's too easy now, the least they could've done was scale the cabal up to the new light level .

I don't have anything to add about Shadow keep or Forsaken, I dont have shadowkeep yet, and I haven't started forsaken, as im finishing up with warmind before I dig into that.

I still enjoy the game, it offers fast paced PvP, with decent PvE multiplayer. I recommend playing this if your looking for something to distract you until halo reach is released on steam.

Two things I would ask of Bungie to fix if I had the opportunity:

1. Higher Campaign Difficulty
2.either restore the original campaign opening, or scrap it and just spawn the player into the Tower unless you plan to add the Taken King campaign into Destiny 2 in the future, as funny as it is, it adds unnecessary plot holes and questions the games formula.
