The game is GREAT, very dynamic, fast paced and fun. Except that one silly decision of making the armoury a thing.
I won't say too much, but it makes no sense and I hope it gets removed entirely.

It doesn't spoil the experience entirely though, thankfully. So just enjoy the game and then if they haven't fixed it in a few month, you can just quit.

Game is great, just go for it if you want a slightly different experience from what the board game offers.

It also has the base score attack ruleset from the board game, and I hope they will also add the original boss battle, although the new boss battle mode is quite interesting!

Fun and cute incremental game, about 5 hours of wizardry which imo is worth the low price. And you can "keep going" after the end if you want the biggest numbers.
The only downside is I want my tower to go even higher now!

That was a lot of fun, it starts slow and then it gets decently interesting and I can see the final game has a lot of potential!
The birds are so cute, I need to see more of them!

Nice demo, so cool ideas! The battles in the demo are fairly simple but there's definitely a lot of potential!
Hopefully the battles in the full game will have a larger scale/more complexity!

That was such a refreshing demo!
It's still missing a couple of fundamental QoL and a tiny bit of polish but I can already see the makings of a new pillar of a genre and I cannot wait to play more of it.

Not having to deal with the usual Energy system is just awesome, and there's so much that can be done with the way they're using the board, it's going to be epic!

Play this game, 200%.

It's all there honestly, fundamentals of deckbuilders, damage preview, card/enemy codex, upgrade preview, enemy diversity, character diversity, cute story, a sense of progression as you unlock new cards, daily runs, etc. Everything you expect from a deckbuilder/roguelite and more.

All the characters/mech combos play very differently from one another, the OST is just incredible and there are so many QoL and end of turn preview, it will ruin other games in the genre for you.

There is much build diversity, there are very very few cards that are underpowered. So it's a joy to play because you know you'll be able to do something with most of what's offered in the shops.

Some of the runs are challenging, some of the runs you can steamroll and yet all of them are incredibly fun to play.

The true final boss fight is EPIC, well thought out and much much more interesting than your average deckbuilder. And again, the music is a banger.

EDIT: after playing more, I can 10000% confirm you should play this game.

GOTY Masterpiece, just buy it.

Even if you hate the active battle elements for some reason, you can just bump your defense and play normally.

This is just great. Fast paced Hades, with cool theme and mechanics!

Now it doesn't have the impressive polish (and company wealth) that Hades has but the mechanics are very responsive and fluid. The currencies you can gather are all quite useful and there are a ton of class/weapon/spell combos you can use (4 classes with 4 weapons and 4 spells each!)
All it's missing is some polish here and there, more difficulty settings (wish there were more curses and such) and I guess it would be nice if the story was better but that's not what I play roguelikes for so it's not a big issue.

Definitely a great start that I highly recommend!

If you love Cyberpunk/Netrunner themes and deckbuilders, this is for you!
Absolutely loved this demo, I'm definitely going to play it more and play on release.

The concept is fairly fresh in two different ways:
- On top of regular actions like other deckbuilders you also have commands you can use after gather a specific amount of points over the turns. That allows you to create spike turns where you do a lot, or raise the average power level of a turn if you use these points little by little. All of that is of course taken account into the power level of the enemies and the various card archetypes available so it makes the game quite interesting and strategic.
- The map is also quite unique and innovative compared to the average deckbuilder. You can use each "node" 3 different ways, there are multiple different node types and then all the nodes are grouped into clusters which have different properties depending on who's inhabiting them essentially. And you need to fulfill specific conditions in order to unlock access to the other sections of the map. All of which forces the player to think about how they approach the map instead of just choosing a way between 3 paths like we usually have.

There are some things that need to be fixed, a couple of bugs here and there but I didn't encounter anything major or game breaking. They also have a very detailed roadmap available, and the game looks very promising! Most of the negatives I had in my feedback are actually already covered in that roadmap, so I'm confident it will be a success.

I definitely recommend it and the demo is free to try :)
