In short.
Amazing game, great south park comedy, good controls, good combat system and a fun story

In depth.
First off, its annoying as hell that this game has mixed reviews due to so many little babies crying about needing to use Uplay to play, just suck it up its not going to kill you.

Game play.
Biggest gripe first, No run button. BUT the movement speed is the same as the run speed in Stick of Truth. The combat system is simple to learn and tricky to full master ( to the level of doing all the danger decks) like with all games there are some exploits that work well for the story mode ( combining bleed, grossout and knockback counters) There is a lot of combat and granted for the most part of lot of the fight (out side the main story) are just the same thing over and over but i've always seen it as a good oppertunerty to mess around trying differnt combos

I've seen people complain about it being a grindfest and i fail to see how. you can get stupidly overpowered artifacts from the Uplay Uclub thing (the assasin creed artifact and a couple others) which end up being the strong basic artifacts. The only thing i can see being a grind is the crafting but even then thats only if you want to max out your crafting for previously said artifacts early other than that just crafting new artifacts as you get them and misson stuff you end up reaching 15+ by halfway through the game easy.

I also saw one guy ( with under 1hour played) claiming some of the story is locked behind a paywall.... it isnt. thats called DLC my dude its 2 spin off stories that have nothing to do with the main game and are intended to be played towards the end or after the main story and as for the towley complaint. try checking the options you'd be amazed to find you can actually turn it off.

In comparison to Stick of Truth I personally ended up enjoying Fractured but Whole far more, It just clicked with me far more than stick of truth both of which ive played and completed 4times + i love these games.

If the reviews make you hesitent just look up videos of it on youtube and make your opinion that way
