I personally like this version more than the redux, although there are a few things that they've done that I would've loved to see in the original.
Nonetheless, I like the analog feel to it, sorta old-fashioned and robust feel, that many of the fancy elements and technologies were either forgetten, broken, or merely destroyed and was left with the necessities.
Also, this game is the perfect Subway Simulator. Poor Bourbon though.

Anyway! It's a great little game, if you don't mind being continously killed off like you were in Survivor, but in real life.

I can use my sword to make Guacamole with the zombies.

I named a guy Scuba Steve, and he did my wife, so I put him in the airlock, and he went out of my ship like a guy taking a explosive dump. We went through half of the Galaxy, to find his son, Scuba Steven, he was a worthy successor, he died trying to repair the hole in the bathroom. I didn't have the heart to tell him it was the toliet.

the game is remarkably the same, other than the fact that the Mom tried to kill you for God...

You're a 14 year old Princess who is trying to survive everybody and their grandmother's attempts to kill you and skin you and wear your skin like that weird Buffalo Bill in Joe Dirt. "Put the Lotion on the Skin"
Anyway, you can become a Magical Girl and blow everybody up, that's a fun time. I'd recommend it, Sailor Moon with a Princess Complex.
Don't let the time fool you, because I did a LP of it on youtube and it won't count offline hours.
