This rendition of Call of Duty is really good! I stopped playing Call of Duty after Black Ops II because I did not like the direction that the series was going; there was too much emphasis on adding new things at the expense of the core gameplay. Now, it seems that the developers, while still adding new things, have gone back to prioritizing the fundamentals. The gunplay is very tight. Also, I really like the way the operator system is handled. I hate in other games where your character has to look a certain way if you want to play a specific kit/loadout (looking at you Battlefield 2042!). Instead, here the operators are totally cosmetic and you can equip whatever loadout you wish despite your appearance. Keep up the great work Infinity Ward, this is how you make people love your franchise again!
