It's a fun game. Weapons are enjoyable to use (at times) and when you spend hundreds of hours, it feels like you can do anything in the game solo. I was hooked very hard into it. The only downsides to this game that I feel are important to note are:
-Player-to-player hosting. I don't enjoy it all that much- if you don't change your settings, you'll end up on a team with 200+ping and there's nothing that you can really do to change that on your end mid-session. All you can really do is go to settings->gameplay->change your ping to the desired level and hope that the next randomized party that you join is under a host with a good internet connection.
-That being said, there's still connectivity issues that occur, Even When the host has good internet- randomized disconnects, host migration because they decide to leave that can result in the mission being unable to be completed. They've had almost 7 years to fix these host problems, yet they still persist to this day.
-this problem isn't even because of anyone but the game itself, but objectives glitching out, even making it so that the main objective of some missions is unable to be completed (example: I was doing kuva missions on Saturn, and the kuva siphon appeared on the first tile. I couldn't get the siphon to start, and it was stuck even after the normal introduction to the siphon's location was started. This happened 3 times in a row, and only changed when I was able to get a session in which the siphon didn't spawn on the starting tile.)
-kuva liches are still VERY buggy, and still unenjoyable to slog through. I've been trying to get through as many liches as I can, but these sessions can take (at least for me) at least 2 hours, depending on whether or not I decide to go with a team from LFG. If not, it can take even longer, and it's not really enjoyable to have to solo a mission(it's really uncommon to find someone grinding on the same map as you [especially if you have 100-ish ping preferred for your host]), only to have to fight your lich one-on-one.
-after that whole mess, GRINDING is one of the bigger annoyances about Warframe. It takes at least 7+ runs on average to finish up a warframe from an assassination mission(Equinox is the biggest exception to this). These missions can range from 3-8 minutes, depending on who's on your team and who you're fighting. After spending 20 minutes to an hour repeatedly doing one mission, you have to wait 12 hours for all parts to finish. That is, if you have the materials to craft those parts. if not, maybe add another half hour or so? At this point, you've spent at least an hour trying to craft the frame parts. Then add in another 12 hours waiting for it to finish. Then you can finally build the Warframe after spending that long trying to get the materials to build it. Then you wait 3 days. It's such a time-consuming process that unless you have other stuff that you're doing in the game, it feels like the longest wait ever with nothing to do. it sucks even more if you don't like the way said frame is played, because then the leveling is even longer(if you're not aware of Hydron/don't have a taxi for it).
I can list a lot more problems I have with the game, such as with enemy scaling, enemy AI, Railjack, excavation scaling, and other things. But this has already gotten quite long.
TL;DR unless you're interested in spending hours at a time grinding for stuff and making it through the multiple bugs, do not play this game.
