Update 2 Months on:
While there is hope coming from the test servers, with much needed changes the game is still a far cry from being a finished game yet they hope to rush a final 'retail' release before the end of the year and release the new map. While performance is still a massive issue across the board.

Update 8 Months on:
Still a lack of any meaning progress in terms of performance, while tacking on more paid 'DLC' instead of actially finishing the base game, it is still a EARLY ACCESS game at best. Cramming more paid crates and a pass down our throats before even attemping to finish what you started. This game is has DayZ syndrome, incompotent devs, more money they can ever dream of and still don't know what they are doing. Doing more cash grabs just shows how much they don't care about the playerbase, ignoring all the feedback possible.

Developers acting like a child on twitter because of criticism and people not singing their praises and continue on anyway. I dread to imagine what xbox players are going through right now as they are in a even worse shape than the reset of us.

Having only recently purchased the game, and having performance issues anyway, a recent update forced graphics settings which greatly impact game performance even more than normal (forcing shadows + post processing to medium) killing fps.

Forcing a depth of field causing even more fps problems, and even more issues for other players like motion sickness.

Clunky gunplay, the gameplay is currently a rush to see who can be the first to get a x4 or x8 ACOG scope for long range weapons compounded by the fact that hit registration is client side and low quality server hosting.

Very RNG based at round start - the game becomes less about skill and more about who can find the better stuff first before the other guy does that lands in the next house over you can be stuck with nothing but attachements, and they can come out guns blazing with all the bells and whistles you might aswell afk at that point.

Quietly changing a FAQ about changing .ini files - I wonder how many new negative reviews we are going to be seeing over the next couple of weeks in regards to this change.

Instead of doing the competent thing and locking down settings they don't want changed they just leave them open for any mis-informed person to change and suffer for doing so.

There is always hope that things can improve, but the communication between the devs and players is non-existent.
