Being a huge fan on the first game, I really enjoyed this one too.
I don't think it's quite as good as the first. I relied more on guides towards the end-game where I didn't feel like spending hours trying to find hidden areas. I wish there was some sort of optional assist, or hint-system to save me from "cheating".

Still recommend playing if you enjoyed the first one!

I got lost in the sauce for over two hours.
Can't wait to get back in to it.

I have about 8 hours in to the game, and I'm really enjoying it (Bugged out and kept running when I exited, meaning it says 30hrs).

So far, has a lot of similarity to my favourite VR game Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, but I enjoy the gunplay more in this.
The maintenance of the weapons is very involved, and makes me feel like an actual scavenger, carefully counting every round, putting them in the mag one by one to ensure I don't get caught in an awkward place.

Got a few spooky moments, especially in the beginning when learning the enemy types, but even so later in the game where it can get a bit close quarters.

If you enjoy scavenging, exploring, customising and maintaining your equipment - you'll like this game.

While not perfect, I am having a lot of fun with my mates.

Don't read anything about the game before you play!

I dove in without any knowledge, and it was an incredible experience.
Hours passed and I just wanted to explore further, to understand what happens in the story and what's to come.

You need to read the information in order to truly enjoy the game, as there are many clues all around the game world. Exploring is essential, and my personal tip is to have a pen and paper nearby.

If you wanna sink a couple dozen hours exploring an underwater world, filled with challenges and experiences, get this game.
