Do I suggest this game? Yes.
Do I suggest it to people wanting an idle game? Not always.
Do i suggest it to people who like min/maxing a bunch of different systems? Absolutely

IdleOn is a complex game and requires multiple tools to be on top of all the different systems that work together. Starting the game, it seems simple enough. By world 6, you have multiple idlers, many different places to spend you time, and most people are reliant on tools like Idle Efficiency and guides made by the community to min/max everything. The game does progress when you are gone via idle time but it is most efficient to check in often and make sure you're always applying those gains to the various systems to get more gains. I love it and have played on my phone for months before transitioning to PC where i've spent 3000 hours with idle and active play.

Late difficulties are a little grindy and you'll lose your mind grinding to unlock all the legendary jokers.

Good game, pacing goes back and forth.

Fun game, simple concept with some depth to explore, nice 30 minute chunks of gameplay without having to go for hours on a good run.

Game is difficult to get used to and some of the collision handling with items can be bad resulting in disappearing and launched items. Game has a short gameplay loop of materials, crafting, and exploration to be repeated in a few enviroments which all offer some minor differences but are largely similar beyond colors, major material available, and some flora. If the player does not experience major setbacks, I would say from start to end credits has around 60-80 hours of gameplay.

If the game is on sale, a genre you enjoy, or you have a co-op group to play with, I would recommend. For a single player adventure, there may be better options available and I would suggest doing your due research before purchase.

This game is quite fun to play with a large group of friends or strangers on the internet. While it may not be perfectly balanced yet, the developers seem keen to address issues as needed to provide an enjoyable experience to the players.

I'd say this game is very enjoyable. The learning curve can be steep but has its payoffs along the way. Besides cosmetics and exclusive cars, the game is very accessible and keeps most things infront of pay walls.
