When I first go this game upon release, my PC at the time wouldn't even run it. Then after I built my new PC I was excited to play this. I like to play two different ways, one being on pause and build as much as possible then eventually play and let the city do its thing. Or start from the beginning and just be "on play" the whole time letting the city do its thing while I build. The game was laggy while on play and building, on pause and building, the game ran perfectly. I would play for an hour or two, then game crashes. (BTW best to keep autosave on lowest timed option for this purpose alone). I would then see after all the other reviews how much resources this game takes to run, it makes sense why it lagged and wouldn't run on my first PC. So I go in and lower all the settings from automatically on ultra due to my PC specs down to medium and a few other tweaks I didn't care about. Thinking this would fix everything and I can finally play, I try again. Play again, for another couple of hours, game crashes again. I have a whole 14 hours total only on a game I was looking forward to playing a lot. I would not recommend getting this game until they can figure out the problem if they ever will, especially at their still insane price of $50. Wait for a huge sale and/or for better recent reviews to say they have updated and fixed this game. As this time, this game is unplayable and a waste of $50. I find myself playing the first one whenever I have the need to play city builders like this.
