It's not Dishonored no. but by golly it was quite an experience. It's more like playing Dead cells and those alike it. Despite having you running in circles, it doesn't mean you don't make any progress. Exploration, experimentation and information is the key to progression in Deathloop.

Once you know where the pieces are meant to fall into place, there is that feeling of satisfaction that everything you did was all worth it. And don't worry the game does provide some hand holding. Which is pretty nice knowing that you die as quickly as your enemies, so keep that in mind.

The place is beautiful, 80's aesthetics that I can't remember seeing as wonderfully implemented in any other video games. From the atmosphere, furniture, decor are absolutely stunning.

But the game can be buggy at times and in my experience that would be the AI's. Braindead and annoying especially if they have a one to two shot kinda weapon. To be honest I don't mind much as it often brings about silly moments.

In my opinion, Deathloop feels like a short but fun experience so I'd recommend getting this on sale or when there's nothing you want to play.

9/10 would recommend

10/10 would kiss 2-bit

100/10 would kill fia again
