Would you kindly? This game is gold, and I cant believe I didnt play this 9 years ago back when the time Bioshock was released. I thought this was a generic FPS, I was wrong.

Pros:
- Story is brilliant.
- Horror atmosphere
- Graphic's good
- Tonic plasmid system, I love the sight of splicers getting electrocuted
- Big daddy

Cons:
- ♥♥♥♥ Spider splicer
- Big daddy
- Me for playing this game 9 years later after it's release

This is the root of Bioshock Infinite, where all the mind blowing, confusing story begins. Buy it and 'Welcome to the Rapture'!!

They're both horror games specifically designed to scare you, it depends on the player. Some people find games like Outlast or Amnesia scary because you have no real weapons or defense. On me, that has no effect, to me they are both evenly scary. Maybe Outlast slightly more because of the camera mechanic, and because it has a contemporary (more believable) setting. The big problem for me with Outlast was just how short it was, even if you add the DLC. All the other games were talking about here are full-lenght games, but Outlast imo is way to short. If you ever pick it up, do it during a sale.

when the day i can finally finish metro, i will try system shock. quick question, between outlast and system shock 2, which one is scarier?

A shame, all great games. But if you're not having fun while being scared, it's understandable.

Nope, nope, nope. Then I pass. I dont want System Shock 2 to be my 3rd game that I will never touch. I cant even finish Metro

Yes, System Shock, and especially System Shock 2 are much more a horror experiences than Bioshock. Imagine a whole game being the Medical Pavilion or the scary parts of Fort Frolic.

I never played it before, and now i started from the TRUE root - System Shock... and can`t beat it cause it`s too oldschool for me. Waiting for remaster in 2017...
