A recent nerf and rash decision on some free resources being pulled off has made me want to personally positively review it. This is pretty shameful as part of the community as in truth, it was never that bad. Red Sheet was unhealthy for the game and many could see it from far away and while I do understand the anger towards the unnerfind of Mao Faust, that ID is too new to be nerfed and doing so would be foolish.

Despite this appropiate course correcting people leave negative reviews that call PM greedy. I do understand the sentiment, however to me it feels empty as this game shows no such sign of greed. Till today the game is still pretty possible to do for free, even with these new units. The only reason why I can see people calling PM greedy is due to a self reflection of oneself. I will not comment on greed anymore.

It's a shame that the fanbase reacts like this too, every canto save the first three has left me crying and though repetetive the gameplay is unique and very enjoyable. For such a good game to be based because such a infinitely small thing it just feels... Wrong.

Anyway, love the game. Go play it! You'll love it if you love gruesome but hopeful stories!

Starbound is a great game with the concept being of a traveller mostly left to the imagination for what you are, giving you a choice for seven different races and free designing to a certain limit (allthrough small). If you do not wish to create your own backstory it still offers you the backstory of being a former Protector before our planet Earth was demolished. I love the game to death and even if i do miss aspects of being able to shift betweem local chat and universial chat, perhaps even a group only chat. What is made up with the loss is a great and entertainning story and intense endings and most importantly a colorful cast withing their personality.
I actually VERY miss the Local Chat as that lead to the game being Roleplayable in a way i haven't seen ANY game achive, being constantly universial would mean that either servers would be spam filled or often silent like most games which work this way.
The game can be called what is abit Quick in it and to some extent it can be a tad annoying, but this is a loved game for either those like i who merely wish to adventure in the wildness to fight and explore. Those who want to collect things and gather a "Gotta find 'em all" style of play or just different Roleplayers from the silly to the serious or just edgy.

In the end, i'd rate this Four out of Five Penguins. Check it out to see if it's your style.

a game you can play with friends, family or complete stranger, if you play this game you'll meet kind people, strong warriors, great guild masters and perhaps even the king, this game makes you want to play for a great reason :)
