♥♥♥♥♥♥ STYLIN

Amazing game. Loved playing it. Im giving it a 4/5, the only reason its not 5/5 is because there's not enough tutorialization for some of the high level movement and combat mechanics. Not knowing some of those (bc the game didnt tell me) made some of the achievements really hard to get.

KSP is a blast (Sometimes literally). Ive had many wonderful hours of learning exactly how hard of a feat it was to get to the moon, mars, and anywhere Up from earth. My biggest suggestion for players who're getting stuck in midgame, unable to get near another celestial body (Duna, Eeloo, etc) is to get mechjeb and watch what it does until you understand how it works.

Absolutely true to form Souls game. Every game mechanic that they've added to enhance gameplay is here, from the delayed attack patterns from sekiro, a truly open world feel like from Bloodborne, and Classic souls combat wrapped in one huge package. It adds the included benefit of not having to bash your skull into a boss if you get stuck, as there is tons of area you can go explore.

If you havent played a souls before this is a decent one to start on, and it being the newest installment you'll find tons of help from the in game multiplayer system

Early Access Review
10/10 experience. Super calm. Impossibly simple, needs next to no explanation to get into. High score system lets you see how well you did.

This game is so much more than just the "2d Minecraft" people call it. Its got thousands of hours of gameplay and exploration. Its far more akin to an RPG than a sandbox game. Ive spent weeks delving into the deepest parts of the map, getting new items, weapons, tools, etc. Ive killed monsters that wouldve been unthinkably powerful only a few hours before hand. You spend so much time advancing and fighting that the building almost seems like an afterthought to progression

A great game as long as you dont consider it a soulsborne. Sekiro plays significantly different than DS3, with only minor similarities to BB. Combat is less hitting and dodging, learning attack patterns and phases isn't as much of a focus as how to deal with each attack (Thrusts, spears, sweeps, grabs, etc.). In the beginning you're forced to learn how to block and parry. Simply spamming L1 will net you 1 solid hit and a lot of lost hp as the enemies are complete dumbasses.

The goal of combat is to wittle down their posture via hits, parries and the use of tools, once you break their posture you deal a deathblow. It'll kill any normal mob and will grant you a brief respite before returning back to getting hit. Bosses require multiple death blows. Certain abilities deal more posture damage than others like Using Firecrackers at a horses feet will cause it to panic and Red eyed enemies fearing Fire[/spoilers]. Combat a lot of practice to get the hang of but feels super rewarding due to some of the vfx and sfx.

Another useful tool is the revive system the game has. you have up to 2 revives that can be used between resting. You got 90% of the bosses posture before dying, not to worry, raise back up to your feet and finish him off. This really helps mitigate the sadness and anger of almost winning a fight, so long as you dont blow those 5 seconds into a fight.

Great for a space ship builder, only concern is that there arent quite enough cosmetic items for use in ships (Tables, Chairs, Fake moniters. Etc.)

UPDATE SEVERAL YEARS AND ALMOST 2K HOURS LATER; They ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fixed it. The amount of random detail i can shove into every corner of a ship, interior and exterior is only limited by the number of blocks i can fit.

My pro tip to getting better at building is to A) use survival to learn how ships actually end up being used, and B) Make a ship graveyard in creative. Just keep pumping out designs to find your build style. Im personally partial to the 2x1x1 blocks

it is a simple yet Immensely complex game. You start off with a basic ship, either a fighter, a freighter or a transport ship. From there you build your fleet. you pick up jobs at your nearest point of interest. Every planet has some kind of history or curiosity, whether its one planet not letting you in because of puritanical beliefs or pirate infested space every zone is slightly different. From the jobs you pick up to the wares they sell.

I personally had fun making my fleet of freighters. You build up several cargo ships before you realize you're pirate bait. then you build some defense and make your self an unstoppable killing fleet of hillbilly truckers.
