Purchased as soon as I saw it, went to watch and get nothing but a black screen. Go to support and there are no options. Nothing. No forum posts. Just a link to Viz Media's website and I can find no way to access my purchase or anything from there. No other support information found. So Essentially I have tossed $9.09 in the trash. This is rediculous. There is no way to download the movie, no way to stream it, nothing. Clicking on the Watch button produces a blank popup window. This is complete BS. Do not purchase this video unless you are willing to risk losing your money as there are no refunds and as stated before apparently no support.

From the description you posted though, it sounds like the video player couldn't make the connection to the server to start playback. If you try again and it continues to fail, post back and I'll get a refund processed for you.
