I agree with the first part of that but I don't see how the last part directly connects. I mean if they didn't offer an uncensored version then yeah, sure.

Because the censored version of the game should not be the default and the game should not have been altered to begin with

Why would you do this when you can just go into properties and under the beta bit choose Classic version or whatever it says?
