IF YOU GET HACKED AND BANNED VRCHAT WILL NOT HELP
I was hacked by a previously banned player which got my my account immediately banned. I signed into to see what happened after getting an email and immediately had my device and IP permabanned.

I appealed this band TWICE and wasted my time talking to customer service which did nothing more then say do a mod appeal after taking a week to respond to my email.

This is such an obvious case since I knew who the hacker was and that the hacker hacked me from a European IP that he was banned using.

The Mod ban appeal immediately denied my appeals both time suspiciously fast (given how slow their normal customer service is) with no reasoning as to why it was banned. My gut feeling is the mod appeal is a joke and is basically an auto reply.

In conclusion, the ban appeal is a gimmick and if you get hacked customer service will do NOTHING to get your account unbanned.

Its completely unacceptable to permaban someone who is the victim of their account being stolen and hacked into. I've been completely cut off from friends I've made in VRchat and it looks like I will never able to contact these people due to this game's poor management.
