i really wish someone qould have pitched this to me as a "playable thriller" rather than a "walking simulator". I really liked it, it was ver tense sometimes, ans very relaxing sometimes. i had a few laughs and some depressing moments.

I can understand that 19,50€ is a lot for this. But i got it on sale for 2 or 3€ and thats definately worth it!

when you realise you have been playing for 6 hours straight without a piss break or a cigarette...

need more playtime

Absolutely not. The story is absolutely boring. Hundret forgetable characters. And credits roll forever. It looks like THIS telltale game focuses on quick time events and combat - truely the worst parts of any telltale game. Combine that with terrible animations, performance and the good ol'e cutscene stutters and the longest loading times ever and you get a truly forgetable game.

I wish i had the option to answer "i do not care" everytime someone asked michonne a question.

This game evolved backwards.

2 Episodes in an the story is really good so far. But holy sh!t that game is a mess from a technical perspective. Stutters, lights going on or off during cutscenes, weird facial animations, weird movements. Telltale Games were always terrible at this, but this is by far the worst (yet...for me)

As i said, i am only a few episodes in, but i can already tell that, as in Season 2, your choices barely matter. Thats a bummer, but now that i think about it... did they ever? In any Telltale Game?

Its alright. Expected more and more diverse content, but for 10-12 hours with friends its fine for the price tag.

i liked it overall.

don't bother with the campaign mode

So i was not planning on writing a review for this old piece of garbage, but now i will.

Story is mediocre, visuals are nice. Controls are awfully clunky, i dont know why. but "reading" the screen is the worst. You get hit across the room by an enemy and it takes 2 seconds or more to find you on your screen!

And the absolute worst is this stupid minigame. You get fired by a canon at twice the speed of light and you have to navigate through canyons and fly through rings. But you only see the screen that you are currently on. And it is almost impossible to not crash, while the screen is "transitioning" to the next, because GUESS WHAT: TIME IS NOT STOPPING WHILE THE SCREEN CHANGES SO GOOD LUCK PREDICTING WHERE TO F*ING GO NEXT. Pair this with the worst controls imaginable. Like, you get fired from a canon, it would be only logical to steer from the POV of the Owlboy. Instead you steer according to the screen, which gets switched arround midflight because you do fly in circles. This is stupid. And it is stupid thats its necessary to collect all the coins. If i knew this would be required i would not have started collecting all those coins in those miserable "dark" levels that suck major a55.

EDIT: OH YEAH DID YOU KNOW THAT YOU CANNOT JUMP USING KEYBOARD IN THIS GAME WHEN THERE IS A CONTROLLER OR FLIGHTSTICK CONNECTED?! WHAT IS THIS?!?!


In Conclusion: Grab it on sale if you hate your life .

great game, i wish there were more like this. soundtrack is just top notch.
