there was this one 2v2 match where the enemy FC'ed and destroyed nearly everything I had with like 20 knights whilst I was still in mid feudal age. then I took refuge in my friends base and reboomed into a 180 villager high, then most of my base got destroyed again. After a while we managed to set up some sort of defence and slowly fought back, it was a slow grind, but about 3/4s through this 4 hour game I realised that my units where doing 1 dmg to their janisarys so had to switch it up and we ended up becoming victorious!

Around 10ish years ago I got 2 pet fish, both of them were some type of gold fish but they were fat and slightly ugly, but as a child I loved them. One of them was white and had an orange/red spot on it's forehead, I called it 'Spot' now I realise I could of just called it Japan flag as that's what it was. I don't remember my other goldfishes name, probably had some stupid name. I would feed them and show them off to visitors but they weren't that interesting and kinda got bored of them, afterwards one of them died, don't remember which one but I only had 1 goldfish left. Goldfish don't live very long anyway but I did get 3 new fish, smaller long silver fish, they were wacky and fast and I have no clue if they even had names. Now thinking about it, the goldfish probably died from eating the other goldfishes poo, and it's own probably. Anyway the silver fish tried to eat each other but they were all roughly the same size so it didn't really work out, they tried anyway though. At some point my other goldfish died, rip, and then the 3 silver fish were just kinda there. One day though one of them stopped moving, which I thought might just be sleeping, but then the next morning it was gone and one of the other silver fish was a lot fatter. I was honestly more impressed than shocked. At some point the other 2 died and I gave up on keeping fish. Moral of the story: don't have pets

Playing this game is like coding.

If you make your factory like spaghetti early on, it's harder to expand it and becomes a bigger mess until you end up making something that is incredibly inefficient and ugly but then drones save you.

for me it's ruined by the devs making the game more palatable to a wider audience rather than the community that used to love it so much </3
