she's finally back, after so many years! Met her on Isuka (that weird game), played a lot with her on AC+ (PS2), then +R on PS3 and then on PC. After more than 10 years, she's finally back on Strive! And damn she looks and play really good. She still is the slowest and worst characters on her Normal Mode, but the fastest and best character on her Jealousy Mode (formerly know as Moroha mode), her transition to Strive was really well done!
About her gameplay, on Normal Mode you should focus on increasing her Jealousy bar, you can get that by hitting the opponent with S or HS moves, or use her parry on 214S. Once you have enough Jealousy bar, you can change to her Jealousy Mode (if the Jealousy bar is above 25% with 63214P, or at any point with her 632146H super) where she becomes the fastest character in the game (actually the same speed of Chipp, but she isn't made of paper). On this mode, your Jealousy bar will be constantly decreasing, but it will do a little pause for every hit on the opponent. Once your bar is gone, you will return to her Normal Mode, but unlike on +R, you will not be punished here during her animation. If you manually return to her Normal Mode (with 63214P), you will recover a little of your Jealousy bar.
Her Jealousy 623H gives you so many frames of invincibility, but be aware this move isn't invincible on frame 1, so you can't use that safely on wake up. Her best move is actually 236K on Jealousy Mode, that thing is an overhead, plus on block and also dodge low attacks. Anti Air Counter Hits on Normal Mode gives you enough time to quick change to Jealousy Mode and continue the combo.
She have some great mixups and crazy combos, but be aware that she isn't an easy character to play, you have to manage her resources correctly in order to be able to see her full potential, but she's really fun to learn and play, so give her some time and practice!
