Tactical RPG Ash of Gods: Redemption - debut release for indie developer AurumDust Studio. Beautiful artwork, impressive soundtrack, tons of meaningful choice & consequence-based roleplaying. Played it, loved it.

I can only describe this game as "surprisingly fun" - I happily burned a whole hour just messing around in the tutorial! The non-euclidian geometry is just the surface. A real diamond in the rough.

Won't be for everyone but it's one of my all-time favourite games.

The sequel to one of the greatest CRPGs ever made! Same gorgeous scenery, same incredible freedom, same incredible characterisation, and same meaningful decision-making. Smarter enemies and GM mode.

A diamond in the rough. Cool quasi-Roman setting, lots of tough decisions, political intrigue, surprisingly deep story. Diifferent roles offer drastically different playthroughs. Highly recommend.

Absolute ripper of a game set in a dystopian post-organism future. If this had come out when point-and-click adventures were popular, it would be remembered alongside King's Quest and the other greats.

An interesting take on the decision making aspect of roleplaying. While the game states that you are on the side of "evil," the game also goes out of its way to demonstrate that good and evil aren't black and white. In between the exploration and combat, which are practically identical to pillars of eternity although in an interesting new setting, you will be forced to make a number of difficult decisions and moral choices - and you will pay the price for any decision you make.

I've been playing the Civilization series since 1991, and I'm still a fan. Civ VI really shines in some areas while others demonstrate some odd decision making - but with a series like this you have to try new things to prevent stagnation.

Game has awesome concept but is poorly executed. Horribly buggy, freezes constantly. Other than spending at least 10 minutes out of every thirty resetting the bloody game, it was strangely enjoyable despite all its flaws. Recommend reluctantly.
