I am unable to recommend Team Fortress 2 in good faith until Valve steps in and makes an active effort to rid the game of the aimbots that have been plaguing pub servers for years.

These aimbots spread obnoxious and sometimes downright harmful messages in both text and voice chat. These messages include bigotry, impersonation, and doxxing of TF2 content creators. Valve implemented a feature where accounts are required to purchase TF2 items before they can use text and voice chat - the bots have bypassed this by simply purchasing the cheapest items on the market, which go for less than half a dollar. This means that, even if it's only a tiny fraction of their total earnings, Valve is profiting off of the destruction and harm that these bots are creating, and they should be held accountable for it.
