I've had this game for a long time but never got around to playing it. I finally decided to hop into it for the spooky season and I was not disappointed at all.

To anyone just getting the game, please do yourself a solid and TURN DOWN THE AUDIO SETTINGS BEFORE PLAYING. Please save your ears! The music is very good but the mixing is poor, and probably my only complaint about the game.

I'm not one for many virtual novels, nor am I one for especially romantic takes. But We Know The Devil did a perfect job of explaining queer relations in terrifying, isolating spaces- the writing felt so eclectic and it imprinted on me. I won't go into what, or how- but there is something so divine about Neptune, Venus and Jupiter in how they handle interacting with each other, and how they complement each other.

I only wish I got to have learned more lore about the world- but that's a sign of a good world, too. Leaving some things to mysterium allows you to keep the story alive long after you've finished it, in a way.

I won't say anything, but if you're into witchy stuff, are queer, and may have struggled with religion in the past, this game will hopefully speak to your heart.
