This game is hideous. The art is ugly, the music is grating, and the UI is horrendous. Yet the developer(s) for this game somehow made that a point of interest and have created a very compelling game.

The ugliness is taken to a point where you just want to see what weird thing you do next. Essentially so bad that it's good. I don't even want to list examples because of how weird/funny the art/music can be.

That effect is even felt with the story, which is incomprehensible. You're going to need a lore video to understand it. Yet that never stopped me from wanting to see what happens next.

The gameplay is probably the only part of the experience that feels clean. This is a mission-based game where you assassinate targets. The maps for these missions aren't huge, but they're quite layered. There are so many paths that you can take to take out targets that you can play the same mission so many different ways depending on your playstyle. You're also able to customize your weapons and gear, and this customization only adds to the depth of freedom that you have for these mission.

I don't even like immersive sims and I liked this game. I gotta recommend it that much.
