A great, more casual addition to the Monster Hunter series. Great for casual play with friends or long sessions.

The promise of the PS1 era rhythm gods has returned. Vib Ribbon, Parappa, Rez; a new entry into rhythm legend is here.

PS. I hope you can cross over with Cassette Beasts in someway creatively!

Incredible attention to detail and UI design that sucks into out of your terrible government and into the Super Democracy of the future. Can play with your friends from the first mission and has a ton of accessibility and customization features to boot!

Potionomics is a game with charming characters you'll want to spend time with, a potion crafting system you'll want to delve deep into, and fun haggling with your customers. Unfortunatly, Potionomics biggest enemy is it's own format. You have so little time to spend doing these things and not in the haggard "wow I'm busy way" but in the "I am so screwed" way. Following the game's hand holding tutorials puts you into an fail state, and the game's "game over" is a hard stop, you have to roll back up to an hour or more of saves to get enough time back to right your mistakes. Mistakes you could only have known you were making after failing.

This game could be wonderful, the animation is crisp, the world is well conceived, and the UI is clear and bright. However, the game could either do to commit to a rogue like format and sacrifice the time it takes to fail or be more forgiving in it's failure or more varied with it's difficulty.

THIS IS NOT A CHILL PIXAR-Y MEET CUTE AND BREW GAME. Potionomics is a game about pushing your shop to it's absolute limit and reinvesting every dime into your store, maximizing your relationships, and brewing crazy potions as soon as possible. I loved this game for 4 hours, but I'm hesitant to re-love it for the same 1-2 to get "back on track" only to not see another hurdle I couldn't have predicted. Not in this economy

Omori is selling something money doesn't buy. Thoughtful and intriguing, playful and haunting, Omori kept me nestled cozy in my seat to pressed up against the edge from one chapter to the next. Everyone with any tolerance for this style of game should step into this world and find out it secrets and reflect.

A great game single player or in groups with distinct player directed goals and a healthy amount of agency. The developer is communicative and frank
