Early Access Review
(DayZ) has come a long way since it's inception in 2012 by creator Dean (Rocket2guns) Hall. In which, the game started out as a Mod of ArmA II, of Bohemia Interactive. Since then DayZ Mod was accredited with selling over 200,000 copies of ArmA II just from DayZ. Leading ArmA II to the top sellers list for over seven weeks.

Now DayZ has been remade on it's own. Over the course of a year DayZ recieved a completely overhauled engine designed around an MMO Architecture. In doing this, it is believed that the game will have a greatly reduced hacking population compared to what the Mod has become over the year. It also allows for more to be done in-game. More players per server, more items, more zombies, etc. Although it is in Alpha. (A very, very early Alpha) the game runs surprisingly better than the Mod. The community of players in-game have been, for the most part, friendly players. With the occasional Rule-the-world players roaming the focus points for a quick gun-fix. It's safe to say paranoia runs rampant in this open-world apocalypitic survival game. And you yourself will feel the adrenaline and fear of gun fights and encountering other players in the massive map of Chernarus.

Buy it now before it goes in Beta and the price likely bumps up a bit!

The reviews that say zombies aren't there just drive me nuts... they are there and I see more people dying to them than to other players already, but they will increase dramatically. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vzkWdn16Dgw

But... can I kill zombies in it?
