Don't Starve is a secret gem.
It may not be known to the mainstream but it is worth every penny.
I like to describe it as a Tim Burton cartoon game. It is a dark and cruel world that simply tries to kill you in every possible way. Charming!
You can customize the sandbox game in the beginning and start to learn the basics.
If you do very well you may find the secret door and the real game begins after several hours of fighting for survival.
Trust me, you will need the time to manage all right.
You can collect, combine/create, plant and harvest all the things you need.
A lot of fantasy, creativity and funny things to encounter and it's updated continuously.
Find out where you are, who's Maxwell and why are you there?
A very good game for an independent project and definitively worth the few bucks.
