Uhmm... I guess you are right, but I can't rank up because of smurf, and it's really sad to be called "Silver piece of shit" even tho I can rekt Gold Nova 3 (Not being a show off)

Because rating on k/d isn't representative of Game sense and team play. When your elo score (the score that the determines your rank) chagnes it's becaues of wins which sure, sometimes is out of your control, but ultimately determines if you can play properly with a team too, which is way more important than you might think. K/D is a very narrow perspective to rank someone from and would only be fitting for 1v1's.
