This is a 2000s ass game.

A spiritual experience. Okay, maybe not, but it's an amazing Tetris game, love how integrated the music is.

Cute co-op fun. Turn off losing your inventory when you die and it's the perfect sit back and relax game.

If you have a partner, you'll want to play this game with them at least once. I still remember the murder scene. The story itself is touching. The only good thing to come out of EA in... forever.

Fun to play, feels like an accurate drive. Annoying that it's filled with advertisements for the latest EA game, but they seem to have abated.
My only complaint is a lack of unlimited retries when playing Career, but this is easily resolved by scanning and editing memory. If you do so, back out to the main menu after you confirm it worked. This will save your new retry count (I usually pick 999).

I can't tell if I'm more like Jill, Dorothy or Alma.

It's not for everyone. It's probably only for me because I played it as a kid and read a gaming magazine for hours and hours thinking about the level design after reading a full walkthrough. I like it anyway. Glad it got remastered.
