Alright, let's get real about "Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt" DLC from "Borderlands 2." If there's one character I'd love to send packing from the Borderlands series, it's Sir Hammerlock.

Now, I hate to say it, but this DLC might just be the weakest campaign in all of Borderlands 2. The only silver lining in this gloomy cloud is the introduction of Nakayama, who manages to bring a hint of enjoyment to an otherwise lackluster experience.

The setting of the DLC zone is, to put it plainly, horrible. It lacks the captivating diversity and engaging atmosphere that we've come to love in other parts of the game. The quests feel disappointingly basic, lacking the complexity and depth that we've grown accustomed to in Borderlands 2.

On top of that, the humor falls flat, leaving much to be desired. The jokes and wit that usually keep us entertained seem to be absent here, making it feel like a dull affair.

Now, let's talk about Sir Hammerlock. Oh boy, the fact that he takes on such a significant role in this DLC feels like a cruel joke. The character who already had the worst quests in the main game somehow manages to extend his uninspiring presence to this expansion. It's just plain frustrating.

While it pains me to deliver such a negative review, it's essential to be honest about our experiences as players. "Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt" leaves much to be desired and falls short of the high expectations set by other DLCs in the game.

In conclusion, if you're a die-hard Borderlands 2 fan, you might still want to give this DLC a shot to complete your collection. However, be prepared for a lackluster and underwhelming adventure. The appearance of Nakayama is a bright spot, but it's not enough to redeem this otherwise forgettable addition to the game. My advice? If you can, skip this one and dive into the more thrilling and enjoyable DLCs that Borderlands 2 has to offer. After all, life is too short to waste it on subpar quests and uninspiring characters!

The "Creature Slaughterdome" DLC for "Borderlands 2" is quite straightforward and simple, leaving little to discuss in terms of complexity or depth. If you have the season pass or manage to snag it on sale, it might be worth considering. However, if neither option presents itself, you can safely give it a pass without feeling like you're missing out on a significant part of the game.

In essence, the "Creature Slaughterdome" offers a basic and straightforward experience. It's essentially an arena-style gameplay mode where you face wave after wave of enemies, putting your combat skills to the test. While it can be entertaining for a short while, the lack of substantial content or engaging story elements makes it less appealing compared to other DLCs available for "Borderlands 2."

"Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage" DLC for "Borderlands 2" provided an alright experience overall. While the story might not have been mindblowing, it certainly stood out as the longest DLC campaign in the game.

I must admit that I wasn't particularly fond of the last boss encounter, finding it to be rather poorly designed. However, the humor and engaging gameplay that are signature features of the Borderlands series were still very much present and doing their thing. And let's not forget the sheer joy of encountering the eccentric Tiny Tina once again – that's always a delightful plus!

Although the story may not have reached the same heights as some of the other DLCs, "Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage" still offered an entertaining and action-packed journey. The explosive charisma of Mr. Torgue, combined with the wacky scenarios and explosive challenges, kept me engaged throughout.

Furthermore, the humor, which is always a standout aspect of Borderlands, was on point and had its moments of hilarity. The gameplay mechanics felt satisfying, with plenty of opportunities to unleash mayhem in true Borderlands fashion.

In conclusion, "Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage" may not be the most outstanding DLC in the game, but it definitely had its moments. The long campaign, humor, and engaging gameplay made it a worthwhile addition to the Borderlands 2 experience. Despite some shortcomings, it still managed to deliver an explosive and enjoyable adventure that fans of the series will appreciate. If you're ready to embrace the wild world of Pandora once again, this DLC won't disappoint in providing some entertaining carnage!

"Batman: The Telltale Series - The Enemy Within" is an amazing sequel that left me more than satisfied with its choices, consequences, and overall story. This installment has solidified itself as one of my favorite games from TellTale, thanks to the captivating narrative and my newfound love for Joker.

The game's visual and gameplay advancements are truly incredible. The graphics have vastly improved, and the fights have become even more exhilarating. However, what truly blew me away was the fifth episode, which took a bold approach by offering two completely different sides based on the choices players had made throughout the game. This level of branching storytelling surprised me in the best way possible, leaving me eager to experience more of it in future TellTale titles.

Despite my overall admiration for the game, I must admit that some character arcs felt a bit incomplete in the end. Unlike the first "season," where each character's story wrapped up awesomely in the last episode, "The Enemy Within" seemed to leave a few arcs unresolved. However, I acknowledge that these perceived inconsistencies might stem from the choices I made and my unique perspective on the story. Alternatively, these seemingly unfinished arcs could serve as a clever way to generate excitement for a potential upcoming season or DLC. The uncertainty only adds to the game's allure, keeping players intrigued and eager for more.

For achievement hunters: the game has 30 achievements. None of which is missable. So just beat the game and you're 30/30.

In conclusion, Batman: The Enemy Within is an outstanding sequel that brilliantly embraces the essence of choices and consequences. The engaging storyline, coupled with the exceptional portrayal of Joker, made this game an unforgettable experience for me. The advancements in graphics and gameplay further enhanced my enjoyment, and the divergent paths in the fifth episode left me yearning for similar innovations in future TellTale projects. Although a few character arcs felt somewhat incomplete, the possibilities and unknowns that lingered only served to heighten my excitement for what lies ahead in this captivating universe. This sequel solidifies TellTale's prowess in interactive storytelling, and I can't wait to embark on more thrilling adventures in the Batman series.

"Battlerite" is a quite enjoyable little brawler that offers a fun gaming experience. While I might not see myself playing it extensively, I can certainly see the appeal for others.

The game truly stands out with its polished gameplay and a diverse cast of fun characters. Each character brings a unique set of abilities to the battlefield, adding depth and excitement to every match. The overall level of polish is evident, making for a smooth and engaging gameplay experience.

The fast-paced nature of "Battlerite" keeps you on your toes, and the battles are filled with adrenaline-pumping moments. It's the kind of game that you can hop into for a quick match or two, making it perfect for short bursts of gaming fun.

While it might not become my main gaming obsession, "Battlerite" is undeniably a well-crafted and enjoyable brawler that can easily become a go-to choice for casual gaming sessions. So, if you're looking for a polished and fun experience with unique characters and thrilling battles, "Battlerite" is definitely worth a try.

I have a love-hate relationship with Konami, mostly leaning toward hate. They gave us Silent Hill but mishandled it terribly, and then they canceled Silent Hills. Moving on.

Talking about Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links, the mobile version is fantastic, with just two criticisms:

- The global PVP causes lag and delays in matches with non-European players.

- Switching platforms isn't as smooth as in games like Hearthstone, as your progress isn't linked to an account. You need to manually upload and download a save file when switching devices.

Now, let's talk about the PC version, which adds two more issues:

- It's essentially a direct port from the mobile version, lazily emulated in the middle of the screen.

- Unlike the mobile version, there's no option for Japanese audio with English text, a baffling omission.

For achievement hunters: the game has 20 achievements. I am not sure how hard they are to obtain today, but I might give it a try someday. In that case, I will come back with an edit.

Despite these drawbacks, the game is fantastic, a nostalgic trip to my childhood, and a genuinely enjoyable card game. I always dreamed of a Yu-Gi-Oh! online card game like Duel Links, and it fulfills that dream.

The "Tyranny of King Washington: The Redemption" DLC for Assassin's Creed III, like the other DLCs and multiplayer, is no longer playable, which is an unfortunate decision by Ubisoft that has left players unable to access content they have already purchased. This move is disappointing and has made me obviously no longer recommend buying the DLC. While I initially recommended this DLC, it now has changed due to its unavailability.

The content of "The Redemption" makes me wonder what it could have been if it were somehow tied to the main storyline, perhaps serving as an epilogue to Connor's journey or providing a different perspective akin to what was offered in Revelations. Any meaningful expansion of the main narrative would have been welcome. However, instead of that, the DLC offered only brief glimpses of the real story through unengaging segments set in an uninspiring isekai-like world, coupled with enjoyable superpower-driven gameplay.

As a result, my overall experience with "The Redemption" was mixed. The gameplay itself was entertaining, thanks to the exciting superpowers, but the lack of a compelling story that connected to the main narrative left me feeling detached and uninvested. It ultimately felt like a missed opportunity to further expand and enrich the Assassin's Creed III storyline.

In conclusion, while "Tyranny of King Washington: The Redemption" initially showed promise with its intriguing premise and enjoyable gameplay, the absence of meaningful ties to the main story significantly impacted my appreciation of the DLC. Considering that Ubisoft has restricted access to the DLC, I regretfully cannot recommend it. The inability to play content that I have already paid for only adds to the disappointment surrounding this DLC.

The "Tyranny of King Washington: The Betrayal" DLC for Assassin's Creed III, like the other DLCs, is no longer playable due to Ubisoft's decision to restrict access to the content. This unfortunate move has left players unable to experience the DLC, even if they had previously purchased it, which is undoubtedly frustrating and disappointing.

As for the DLC itself, I was not particularly fond of it, as was the case with its predecessor. I encountered various game-breaking bugs and glitches during my playthrough of this second episode, something that I hadn't experienced in the original game. Additionally, I found the optional objectives to be significantly more challenging than in the main game, because of the bugs, making it a frustrating experience at times.

The storyline presented in this second episode was, unfortunately, more average than its predecessor. While the gameplay benefited from the inclusion of superpowers, as seen in the first episode, the narrative felt disconnected from the main story. It appeared as if Connor's character had transformed and no longer questioned the events unfolding in this alternate reality, leaving us with a narrative that felt like filler content rather than a meaningful addition to the overarching plot.

Moreover, the lack of a strong connection to the main storyline and the limited moments of reveal from the actual story left me feeling indifferent towards the events in this DLC. As a result, the content became less engaging and less meaningful to me as a player.

In conclusion, while "Tyranny of King Washington: The Betrayal" initially held promise with its inclusion of superpowers and unique premise, my experience with the DLC was overshadowed by game-breaking issues and a narrative that felt disconnected from the core Assassin's Creed plot. With Ubisoft's decision to restrict access to the DLC, I can no longer recommend it, and the lack of accessibility only adds to the disappointment surrounding this content.

The "Tyranny of King Washington: The Infamy" DLC for Assassin's Creed III was once a source of intrigue, offering players an alternate reality or "What If" scenario where Ratonhnhaké:ton, without his identity as Connor, gains extraordinary superpowers. However, I must admit that I've never been a fan of such alternate content in games, and this DLC episode was no exception.

The storyline presented in this first episode out of three was average at best, and while the gameplay became more interesting with the addition of superpowers, I couldn't help but feel disconnected from the main story. It felt like a side diversion rather than an integral part of the Assassin's Creed narrative. Even if the story had been amazing, its impact on the overall plot would have been minimal, which left me somewhat disinterested.

One of the major drawbacks of the DLC was the absence of Connor and the shift towards the fictional "Ratonhnhaké:ton" character. This diversion from the established protagonist, combined with the What If premise, made it difficult for me to become fully invested in the narrative. I found myself yearning for a return to the main storyline, where I had developed a strong connection with Connor's journey.

Additionally, while searching for optional activities in the DLC, the snowy environment proved to be a hindrance and somewhat of a nuisance, making exploration less enjoyable than it could have been.

In the past, I hesitantly recommended this DLC due to its unique premise and intriguing gameplay possibilities. However, due to Ubisoft's decision to restrict access to the DLC, even for those who have previously purchased it, I can no longer recommend it. This move by the company is disheartening and a disservice to players who invested in the content, only to have it rendered unplayable.

In conclusion, while "Tyranny of King Washington: The Infamy" may have had some merits, particularly in terms of gameplay, its detachment from the main storyline and the subsequent inability to access it anymore make it impossible for me to recommend it. Ubisoft's handling of this DLC has certainly shocked the entire gaming industry.

Assassin's Creed III's "Battle Hardened Pack" DLC once held the promise of enhancing the multiplayer experience with exciting additional content, including new characters for players to enjoy. Among these, the addition of the character "Coyote" was particularly well-received, adding depth and variety to the multiplayer gameplay. Additionally, the DLC was essential for unlocking specific achievements in the multiplayer mode, offering an incentive for players to explore its content.

Initially, the "Battle Hardened Pack" provided an enjoyable extension to the multiplayer aspect of the game, offering new opportunities for players to engage in thrilling matches and utilize the new characters' unique abilities.

However, the experience took a sharp downturn when Ubisoft decided to shut down the multiplayer servers, rendering the DLC and its content completely inaccessible. This decision significantly impacted the overall value and usability of the DLC, leaving players disappointed and frustrated by the loss of content they had previously purchased.

While it is understandable that multiplayer servers for older games may eventually be taken offline, it is deeply disheartening to see the singleplayer DLCs also affected by this action. The removal of content, especially for those who have already invested in it, feels like a significant letdown and a disservice to the gaming community.

Considering these unfortunate circumstances, I am compelled to alter my previous recommendation. Despite the initial enjoyment offered by the "Battle Hardened Pack," I can no longer recommend it due to the abrupt termination of multiplayer servers by Ubisoft. Players should be aware that the content within this DLC is no longer accessible.
