Do not buy this game without reading reviews and watching videos about it. They sell you a very bad nostalgia for $60.
If you decide to buy it, then play it for a couple of hours and you will understand whether it is worth it or not. In any case, you can simply return the money for the game on Steam.
Maybe it will be finished, but it will not be soon.

UPD:
After almost 1 year, they somehow revived the game, but still I do not recommend the game for purchase
