I can't believe I've been suckered into playing another competitive multiplayer game, let alone a hero shooter. Unfortunately, it's very fun.

I'm too old for this ♥♥♥♥, man.

I beat this game hours ago and I don't plan to stop playing anytime soon. If that isn't the sign of a good roguelike, I don't know what is.

I could mention the superb writing, first-rate voice acting, or riveting gameplay, but the highlight of my first Baldur's Gate 3 playthrough was watching Gale and Tav's sex scene with my co-op partners. Few gaming experiences can top my friend frantically shouting, "Dude, they're doing the helicopter!"

As a long-time fan of Supergiant, I'm glad they're finally getting the recognition they deserve. The gameplay loop, story, writing, characters, music, and art direction are all exceptional.

After playing this on Xbox Game Pass and 100%-ing it there, I decided to buy it on Steam and 100% it again. If the game has a flaw, it's that the Divided by Death and Complete Set achievements take far longer to unlock than anything else in the game. Still, this is Supergiant's best achievement/trophy list so far.

All in all, this is my favorite or second-favorite game of all time. Highly recommended.

Honestly better than it has any right being. Addicting, fun, and chock-full of old-school-style secrets.

Always pick Mantis God.
