I've been following the dev on X for a while now because I really liked the game's art. I haven't been able to play all that much yet, but just from the art style, I know I'm going to love this game!

I really liked the game since I knew what I was expecting going in. I'm a fan of DS so the game instantly clicked for me when I started playing. In terms of difficulty (I played on max diff) I'd say this game is easier than any of the DS games due to how strong the grav gauntlet is and how easy it is to dodge attacks. For the performance, I can see why most of the reviews are criticizing it because I experienced the stutters myself during some parts of the game no matter what settings I used. I hope they can resolve those asap. Overall I had a really good time with it and I hope Glen continues to make more games like this!

I was hoping the full release could at the very least restore the performance I had during the first week of the pre-order beta but it runs a lot worse for me now. I have played a lot of EA titles on steam and this game managed to perform worse on release than those did during their EA period to full release. In terms of content the only difference between the beta and release is 1 new map and 2 new missions in the older maps. Oh I forgot to add the cash shop works surprisingly well for a game in this state.
