Currently, game has severe bugs that delete hours of progress. Wait until full release before purchasing. It was grindy but pretty fun for me until this bug happened to me.

The basic idea of reinvigorating a failing ecosystem is interesting and it's certainly a cute little game. I would love to love this. Unfortunately, it contains the dumbest of all deal breakers: Evidently forty years of computer games were not enough to alarm whoever designed this game to the fact that hundreds of different resources are for the janitors, if the player does not have the means to store them. More annoyingly, the storage disaster is not an end game problem. I stopped playing some six hours into the game, when I had to scrap my only weapon in order to carry home some juicy find, only to realize that I had nowhere left to unload it. It's hopeless.

This game has A LOT of potential but right now, sadly I would not recommend it. It seems many players are having major technical issues and even with the long awaited patches, it doesnt fix the issues. While Devs are spending a whole week to do one patch that doesnt fix things two weeks in a row, they arent listening to players feedback and including adding things they are asking for to make it enjoyable to play instead of a nightmare. I like the concept of Amity where everything must be balances with what you take, you give back, BUT Amity needs to be way better balanced as you seem to get punished for everything you gather while getting very little Amity reward, so it is difficult to progress. The spiders are way too aggressive and act so fast your taken totally by surprise with NO time to respond, your dead. There is NO keybinding to hotkeys for weapons which slows down response. The task to get to the Gods is too difficult what with the regions affected, you die even trying to run to the blue trees for some sort of weak pathetic immunity that doesnt last long enough and the potions you make dont last long enough and that pissed me off since it costs Amity to get the resources to make just one potion and, then spiders jumps out everywhere with no warning and two bites, your dead. With the difficulties getting to where Hoa is from Mid Haven just to die every time, I stopped playing at this point. Resources are scarce to say the least so I was going in a loop trying again, getting killed, trying to feed animals to increase Amity to just get to ride my mount back to try again getting resources for more potions, but then there is nothing to collect to feed the animals around the king trees. You get one measly Amity for healing an animal, such a good deed, even using your valuable resources you've collected thats cost you more Amity than the reward you get healing them, but you get three Amity for picking a weed?! Some resources are very scarce and for some, including me, nothing has re-spawned around the king trees.
I went from this mess and disappointment, then just played Fountain of Youth and I think the Towers Devs need to take some guidelines from that game. Awesome initial custom options and so much more pleasant to play without the issues there are in Towers of Aghasba with the overly difficult toxic zones to try get through where aggressive spiders are waiting to pounce out with no warning and kill you in 1-2 bites. I am going to follow the progress though, because IF the devs fix these issues in Towers of Aghasba, I will continue to play it. The actual concept, story line and graphics is very good so I do hope they fix these issues.
