After 8 hours I can say Manor Lords is stunning! The graphic looks amazing and everything is uniquely detailed. It's not too complicated but some things might challange you at the first playthrough, like the baron who will absolutely DESTROY you if you don't have a 120+ Man Army in year 7+. Food, firewood and clothing are the basic requirements which have to be fullfilled (or your villagers will starve/freeze to death) which will most likely happen if you expand to fast.

Some Criticism:
I might have a skill issue but on mid difficulty the baron will have conqured the whole map on year 3, so there is no chance for you to claim any land at the beginning of the game. (Which will thankfully be fixed with the text patch)
And of course the Roaming of the Villagers appears to be a bit buggy but it's simply just the more earlyer stages of the game.
