It lacks a certain garish charm that the original Monaco has aesthetically, but the maps are better designed, the interface is much better, and plenty of other easily visible improvements at first glance.

Cosmo is broken btw needs a nerf

ignore all the pretentious unfunny comments and reviews

once you fix the settings of the game audio and visual settings to be bearable which is very easily done, and get past the hud its a fun short game with fine levels. its a fun game. i like the funny brazilian faces and words all around. probably not really legal to sell honestly it's literally just a reskin but go brazil

If you're a fan of playing India in Paradox games, or the concept of such, this DLC is great. The Indian region transforms from a generic palette of generic countries from the basegame, with few distinguishing factors or features, into an actually interesting and different region to play, with the governing status cultural differences actually playing an active role in the region instead of being ignored. Multiple states in the region have unique journal entries and other new content and flavor.

The free update included with this patch is not what should be reviewed when reviewing this DLC, as it is independent. If you're a fan of the Indian region in Paradox games, this game is the equivalent of EU4's Dharma pack in revitalizing the content of the region as well as having a free patch tied to it that introduces well needed changes that improve the game experience but are initially controversial. The art included with the pack, in addition to the flavor and game content, is all great, and some of the highest quality art introduced since Voice of the People.

Took me about 4 attempts to really get into this game but since I got into it I've been hooked. So much fun, incredibly open-ended. I started off as a single character playing like an RPG, now I have 30 recruits maintaining a base like it's Rimworld. Lots of fun and very versatile.

Persona 3, and all of the remakes that have come after the initial release, have all been good games. Narratively, they've been strong. However, unfortunately, Reload does very little to modernize P3 and bring it up to par with the $70 pricetag. The game has been "remade", yet outside of quality of life changes and a few new story bits, very little has been done to change the game to warrant the pricetag. Aesthetically, the game has been greatly improved, giving it the Persona 5 treatment but maintaining unique UI elements and stylistic choices rather than the flashy styles of Persona 5. However, mechanically speaking, the game is relatively the same as previous P3 releases. Social Links still only serve as a social feature, without having any gameplay appeal. Some of the links that could have been removed and replaced with actual significant characters (looking at Moon link) are still around.

It feels, to me, like a huge waste of potential to bring P3 up to the standard set by P5 and even just P4G.

If you haven't played Persona 3 before, this is the definitive release. It's better than every other version, easily, but it still brings very little new to the table if you've played any Persona 3 release previously. If you've never played Persona 3, I highly recommend this game. If you have, just know that it's not bringing much new to the table, and is basically just an improved release, not an actual remake.

It's a very interesting and high-potential game, but clearly still early access. Insane the range of things you can do, and the way the world works is great, with many moving pieces, but there are some clear issues with the game that still need to be sorted. The biggest failure of the game is good punishment mechanics, unless you enable permadeath. I can cut 20 men down in the street and either I get away fine or get tossed into a hospital I can walk out of just fine. Obviously the game isn't intended to be broken in this sort of way. I'm really looking forward to future developments of the game, but it absolutely needs some QA and polish, and hopefully early access can assist in that.
